The ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances, except for the rescheduling or cancellation of the event by the fair organiser. Any refund process is subject to the discretion of the ticketing office.<\/p>\n

The Organiser reserves the right to request relevant proof when the ticket holder enters the fair.<\/p>\n

Bad Weather Arrangements<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

a.) Black Rainstorm Warning<\/span><\/p>\n

    If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during fair operating hours, the fair will remain open.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    If the Warning is in effect prior to the opening of the fair, the fair will delay opening until two hours after the signal is lowered. The fair may remain open for an extended period. The re-opening and closing time of the rest of the fair days are subject to the Organiser’s decision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    b.) Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above<\/span><\/p>\n

      If Hong Kong Observatory announces a specific time for issuing Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 during fair operating hours, the fair will remain open until closing time.*<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      If the Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above is in effect prior to the opening time of the fair, the fair will delay opening until \u00a0two hours after the Signal\u00a0 is lowered with the possibility of limited operations. The fair may remain open for an extended period and the re-opening and closing time of rest of the fair days are subject to the impact of the typhoon.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      If the No.8 Signal or above remains hoisted about four\u00a0hours before the fair closing time, the fair will remain closed for the day. For example, if the fair closing time is at 7:00pm, and the Signal is lowered before 3pm, Fine Art Asia will re-open at 4pm. Otherwise, the fair will remain closed that day. Lectures will also be cancelled.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      General Admission Rules & Regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n

        For safety and security reasons, all visitors and their belongings are subject to a thorough inspection before entering and leaving the show premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Children below the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Each adult can only bring in a maximum of 2 children.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Backpacks, suitcases and trolleys of any size are not allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Bags, briefcases and similar items larger than 12\u2033 x 6\u2033 x 12\u2033 (30 x 15 x 30 cm) must be deposited at the cloakroom. Any items that do not comply with this policy will be prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Only one bag per person is allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Personal \/ non-professional use photography is permitted; however, it must be conducted without disruption to the galleries or visitors, and with the safety of the artwork in mind.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the exhibition halls; with the exception of certified service animals for visitors with disabilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Exhibitors or exhibit owners reserve the right to compensation should any damage be caused by visitors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Please note that press and promotional photography and filming will be taking place on the premises. Attendance at the fair implies permission for your image to be used for non-commercial purposes (including media reports).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Please be mindful of your belongings. The Organiser is not be liable for any loss or damaged items left on the premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Please do not bring artworks for valuation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Food and beverages are prohibited in the hall.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the show premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
